Tamannah in legal issue with Salim Akthar

Not many know that before making herself down to South film industry , Tamannah had made her big screen debut with the 2005 Bollywood flick Chand Sa Roshan Chehra produced by Salim Akhtar. While the film sank without a trace, as per her contract, the actress was supposed to share 25% of her earnings with the producer for the next 5 years. However Now the producer Salim claims that he hasn't received any amount from Tamannah , he filed a complaint with the Association of Motion Pictures and Television Programme Producers (AMPTPP), When even that didn't yield any result he took the legal route and has now filed a case at Kolkata High Court against Tamannah for dishonoring of a contract.
Meanwhile the actress' father Santosh Bhatia dismisses these allegations as plain rubbish.
